Our data provenance
- Only entitled data. OGL open data, or data under an explicit commercial agreement with its provider — nothing else.
- Layers kept separate. The address / geography layer and the property-transaction layer are maintained separately; property records are never used to build or "correct" the address layer.
- Property data travels with property information. An address is only ever presented as part of property or location information, never as a standalone address output.
- Coverage stated plainly. The property-data layer covers England & Wales; we don't imply coverage we don't have.
- No personal data. The service receives postcodes and property numbers, not people; usage records capture volume only.
